How do i send a package?

d) Print out the airwaybill, attached it to your package and wait for collection.
We will need more details from you including the exact dimensions of the package which is very important to ensure you pay the correct price to have your item shipped.

How should I package my parcel?
You should ensure your parcels are packed well enough to be transported safely across long distances, potentially being passed through a range of vehicles and warehouses.
- Use a sturdy, heavy-duty double wall cardboard box to prevent any damage to the goods inside.
- Wrapped the items separately with bubble wrap. Fill out any spaces in the box with polystyrene chips.
- Seal any openings of the box with layers of tape to ensure the box does not open.
- If you're re-using a cardboard box, ensure that ALL the old stickers and labels have been removed, particularly stickers relating to hazardous materials. Packages marked with hazmat stickers may be returned or destroyed.
How do I attach the shipping label?
Shipping labels must always be applied on the outside of the package. We suggest inserting a second copy of the label inside the box, so in case the external copy comes off by accident, the carrier will still be able to deliver the goods.
- Print the label a normal sheet of paper and apply it to the package with adhesive tape.
- Make sure you use a strong, transparent adhesive tape that does not cover the data on the label and the barcodes on the waybill.
- You can also write additional information on the box with a pen, such as the recipient's phone number, but remember to always affix the shipping label to your parcel shipment.

Do you offer packaging service?
We do not offer packaging service now. We pre-negotiated for the best shipping rates and pair you up with shipping carrier who can collect and deliver your parcel. You will need to have your item packaged and boxed up ready to go when the carrier comes to make the collection from you.
How are shipping charges calculated?
The charges are based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the parcel whichever that is greater.
Actual weight is the weight of the parcel in kilogram(kg). Volumetric weight is calculated based on your parcel dimension. Length x width x height (in cm) then, divide this amount by 5000.
While your package may not weigh much, the package's large dimensions might result in the volumetric weight exceeding the actual weight. This can result in huge differences in shipping costs. Choose the appropriate parcel box to house your item to lower your shipping cost.
How many days does it take for my parcel to be delivered?
For delivery in major cities, it usually takes 1-3 working days to complete the delivery from the collection date. It might take longer if an address is categorised as out of delivery area (ODA), which may take 3-5 working days. Kindly refer to the shipping carrier service info for more accurate information.
