• Delivery is unavailable to P.O Box areas and hotels.
• All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
• Maximum Weight: 30kg.
• Maximum Dimension: Either one dimension shall not exceed 120cm, L + 2W + 2H < 266cm. • VW formula =(height x width x length)cm /5000.
• Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
• All shipments come with a basic insurance coverage of USD25 or coverage on parcel value, whichever is lower.
• Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there'll be no changes on the collection and delivery details. Simply Parcel and courier company will not be held responsible for wrong details that was entered by sender and no refunds will be given in this instance.

In Australia, strict controls are in place regarding the import of personal effects. Please note the following when considering sending personal effects via FedEx..

Can I ship by FedEx?
We can ship to Australia, but we do not handle import customs clearance for personal effects in Australia. You will need to designate a local customs broker for your shipments. Please be sure to make arrangements with the consignee prior to shipping.
